A Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop on implementation of the WHO guidelines in the treatment of Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) was organized jointly by the African Center of Excellence for Population Health and Policy (ACEPHAP), E-MOTIVE Team and jhpiego team from June 6 to June 8 2022 at the ACEPHAP boardroom.

KNDI, ACEPHAP and Pwani University held a meeting on 5th April,2022 at Pwani University grounds to discuss matters of collaboration in research, community outreaches/ students staff exchange, Masters and PhD scholarships for Nutrition, Dietetics and related health programs.

Bayero University’s Africa Centre of Excellence for Population Health and Policy has recently won four different research project grants from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Nigeria’s Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) and 54Gene Corporation.

This was disclosed by the Director of the Centre, Professor Hadiza Galadanci during a courtesy call on the Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas on Tuesday 30th March, 2021.
